Shipping, with care

At Anthro Apothecary, we believe the details matter.

From the moment you place your order, we want your package to feel like an extension of the shop itself—thoughtful, carefully prepared, and worth the wait. Whether you’re ordering a small self-care treat, a meaningful gift, or a few favorite essentials, we do our best to get it on its way quickly and safely.

Order processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping methods

We currently offer standard domestic shipping via USPS.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. The free shipping threshold applies after discounts and before taxes.

Delivery timing

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for orders that need to arrive sooner.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you created an account on our website, you can also log in anytime to track your order there.

Shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Delays in transit

We always aim to ship promptly, but once a package is with the carrier, occasional delays can happen due to weather, holidays, natural events, or USPS service interruptions. We truly appreciate your patience when those circumstances arise.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at michaela@anthroapothecary.com. We’ll help you begin the claims process and do what we can to assist.

International shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
