In most circumstances, Anthro Apothecary, LLC ships orders Tuesday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

*Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays; any orders placed during these times will begin their processing on the next business day.

Order Status
It is the policy of Anthro Apothecary, LLC to send you your order status information via email. We will notify you when your order is received and when an order has shipped.


Back Orders 
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available.


Free Online Shipping


  • Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and only to orders with one ship-to address
  • Free Shipping is calculated based on the order subtotal.
  • Free Shipping is for online orders only which meet the specified requirements outlined on this page. 


Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order after completing your transaction, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed between 3-5 business days. 


If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.


If you need to cancel after your order shipped, please contact us with your ORDER NUMBER, and note the reason for the cancellation in the COMMENTS/QUESTIONS. Once you receive the order, send the package back to us unopened. When we receive your returned order, we will refund you minus shipping charges.


Returns and Exchanges
Anthro Apothecary, LLC accepts returns under the following conditions:


  • Unopened products, within 30 days of purchase
  • Products with a defect/issue


If you need to return an unopened product, please contact us to ship it back. The customer will pay the shipping on returned products unless the item(s) have an issue that was the fault of Anthro Apothecary, LLC.


In the case where it has been more than 30 days since the product was received (counted from the time it arrived at your location, not from pick-up time or time when you opened the shipment), products that were not damaged cannot be returned. Many of the products carried by Anthro Apothecary, LLC have a shelf life or are consumable and cannot be resold.


If a product is defective, please email us pictures of the product issue. If a product has broken or spilled during shipping, we require these pictures to send your replacement product. Once we have spoken to you, we will ship out a replacement product within 3-5 business days. If there is any delay (e.g., out of stock or back-ordered products), we will contact you to make arrangements or issue a refund.
